Updated information about Edition Four

Just to let you know that if you click on the "Edition Four" page, scroll to the bottom and click on the "HERE" button you will now be taken to an up-to-date list of which titles have been taken, by whom, and to which group they belong!  It's only taken me a few months to do, but never mind...
